CalcNest was built around a simple idea: everyday math shouldn't require downloading an app, creating an account, or wading through ads just to get a single number. Whether you need to know your exact age for a passport form, work out a loan EMI before walking into a bank, or settle a percentage-based argument at the dinner table, the answer should be a few clicks away — nothing more.

What We Do

We maintain a small, focused suite of calculators rather than trying to be everything to everyone. Today that includes an Age Calculator that breaks your age down into years, months, days, weeks, and hours (plus zodiac sign and birthday countdown), an EMI Loan Calculator that generates a full month-by-month amortization schedule using the same reducing-balance formula banks use, and a Percentage Suite that covers four of the most common percentage problems people run into: basic percentages, percentage change, markup/discount pricing, and ratio comparisons.

How We Work

Every calculation on CalcNest runs entirely inside your browser using standard JavaScript. We don't run the numbers on a server, and we don't need to — that keeps results instant and keeps your inputs private by default. We built the interface to be usable on the first try, without a tutorial, because a calculator that requires instructions has already failed at its one job.
